While small batch blending can cause slight variations between batches, the difference should not be drastic. If something seems off, we want to know! 2. Mistakes Happen — Let Us Make It Right
We take great care in packing each order to ensure it’s just right for you, but occasionally, errors do happen. If you receive the wrong item or if we mistakenly put the wrong label on a pouch, simply let us know within 7 days of delivered, and we’ll happily offer a reshipment or store credit—no need to send the incorrect item back.
